After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to give a direction to respondent no.2 to dispose of his representation dated 31.01.2022 by a reasoned and speaking order, which was filed in compliance of the order dated 22.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13319 of 2023. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. In such view of the matter, I direct the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.11793 of 2024(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 no.2 to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
