Petitioner happens to be under judicial custody since 10.05.2013 along with his father who had subsequently been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.43213/2014 on account of recovery of illegal fire-arms, cartridge, as per seizure list, from their house. It has further been pleaded that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents apart from the fact that there happens to be joint possession. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Ranvijay Kumar Singh @ Ranvijay Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar PS Case No. 107/2013.
