The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No.603 of 1997, corresponding to T.R. No. 406 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342 and 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the mother of the petitioner had filed a case against the informant of the present case and as such, only to take revenge, the present case has been lodged, after a lapse of one year. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30410 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with C.R. No. 603 of 1997, T.R. No. 406 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
