This modification application has been filed for modification in the name of father of the petitioner, it has been wrongly typed as Late Lal Narain in cause title of order dated 05.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64047 of 2018. It has been submitted that petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64047 of 2018 but could not be released on bail as there is a difference in name of father of the petitioner in the cause title of the impugned order which is crept in due to mistake committed in prayer portion of the bail petition. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70410 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 petitioner, father's name of petitioner be read as Lal Narain Singh in stead of 'Late Lal Narain' which is wrongly typed in the cause title of order dated 05.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64047 of 2018.

The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
