Case No. 22 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.872 of 2015 dt.16-02-2016 2 / 2 allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
