The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/494/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is husband of the complainant.

Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Submission is that petitioner has already filed an application for restitution of matrimonial life. Thereafter, the informant filed this criminal case. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2020.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the

No.12637 of 2021(2) dt.02-07-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No.71 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
