JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) To direct the respondents to make fixation of pay scale from revised pay scale to amend pay scale from date of entitlement i.e. 01.01.1996 and to make payment of differences of salary with statutory interest. (b) To direct the respondents to make payment of benefit on account of fixation of pay scale with effect from date of grant of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. i.e. 08.04.2004 and 08.07.2012 respectively and to make payment of differences of amount of

(c) To direct the respondents to make payment of leave encashment/earn leave for period of three hundred days as per Government Rules which has not been paid to petitioner even till date."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
