In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 341/323/326/307/504/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a specific allegation against the petitioner to have caused injuries by Knife and it has been found that uncle of the informant received injuries in different parts of his body. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in jail-custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
