This writ petition has been field for grant of interest upon the retiral benefits which has already been paid to the petitioner. It is contended that such interest has been granted to several other employees, however none of them stands mentioned in the writ petition.
However this writ petition is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities itself for redressal of this grievance. If such representation is filed along with disclosing the names of the persons and specific relevant orders by
Patna High Court CWJC No.14337 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 2/2 which such interests has been paid to several other employees, let the Administrator consider the case of the petitioner also if such payment has been made to other employees of the Corporation as being claimed by the petitioner. It is expected that a decision in this regard will be taken within a period of six months.
