Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecution for the State.

Instant case has been registered on account of kidnapping of a minor girl who was taken to Delhi and from that place, petitioner along with the victim was brought to P.S., produced along with the written report. Petitioner has not admitted the aforesaid submission.

On account thereof, prayer for bail of the petitioner at the present moment is rejected.

If so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim.
