At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during the pendency of this anticipatory bail petition, petitioner no. 1 has died, petitioner no.2 has been arrested and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have been surrendered and granted bail by the learned court below. As
