It is alleged that the petitioner was caught red handed taking bribe of Rs 20,000/-.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not head clerk rather he was Data entry operator and, as a matter of fact, informant made complaint to cover up his own misdeed and got falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.9.2014 and investigation of this case has already been completed and, therefore, it is needless to keep the petitioner behind the bar because he has already lost his job.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
