The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kajra P. S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is no overt act attributed to the petitioner and she can be treated as member of the crowd, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
