The petitioners seek bail in Sidhwaliya P.S. case No. 190 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
The petitioners were apprehended while travelling in a vehicle and from the vehicle 61 liters of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are passengers and they had no knowledge about keeping liquor in the vehicle. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about two and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above

No.75218 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. case No. 190 of 2018.
