2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19141 of 2015, wherein, the respondents have been directed to make payment of salary to the petitioner for the period the petitioner has actually worked until further decision as to the validity of appointment is taken by the respondents.

3. Opposite Party No.1 - the District Education Officer, Bhojpur (Arrah) has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph nos. 5 & 6, it has been stated as under: "5. That it is submitted that after taking the necessary details from the Panchayat Secretary of the concerned Niyojan Ikai the BEO, Charpokhari made a Bill for payment of arrears of salary and forwarded it vide letter no. 52 dated 8.9.2021 to the DPO, Establishment, Bhojpur who approver the Bill on 8.9.2021 itself.

That it is submitted that the DPO, Establishment, Bhojpur vide letter no. 3246 dated 8.9.2021 directed the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Main Branch, Katira, Ara to transfer an amount of Rs. 4,43,400/- as arrears of salary in the petitioner account by transferring the amount through the concerned Niyojan Ikai."

4. On perusal of the paragraph nos. 5 & 6 of the show cause filed by the Opposite Party No.1, I find that the arrears of salary of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 4,43,400/- has been directed to be transferred in the account of the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, I find that the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19141 of 2015 has

6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
