The petitioner, Sanjay Pandit, who is in custody since 14.10.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.745(C) of 2014 which was subsequently registered as Hilsa P.S. case No.370 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 147, 341, 323, 379, 324, 325, 354(A), 504 of IPC and 3(i)(xi) of the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 pending in the Court of Addl. Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa at Nalanda.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the accused party are next door neighbour of the informant and there is dispute

The learned counsel further submitted that there was fighting between the parties and both have injured and counter case being Hilsa P.S. case No.357 of 2014 has been filed by the father of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention and that there is case and counter cases between the parties, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.370 of 2014.
