2. State counsel accepts notice for the respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish hard copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel for the State/respondents.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.3844 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding and directing the respondents to pay the due salary of the petitioner for the period October 2015 to May, 2016 and from July 2019 to February 2019 which have been withheld due to non entry of L.P.C. on Database in the office of District Animal Husbandry Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah for which several requests have been made by the petitioner but still not affected. And for any other relief/relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

5. The aforesaid relief is supported by representation dated 15.06.2020 vide Annexure - 5 . The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner stated in Annexure - 5 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is not eligible for the relief sought in the present petition read with the representation, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
