Without going into the objection of the respondent Corporation with respect to maintainability of the writ petition, with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her representation dated 28.06.2012 said to have been filed before the respondent Corporation. If the petitioner satisfies the Corporation that such representation was filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Corporation on its own merits in accordance with law.
