The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 registered under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code with regard to theft of motorcycle. F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused, Vikky Kumar Gupta.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014.
