2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 345 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim girl has gone with the petitioner with her consent and no force was used by the petitioner.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From the statement of the victim girl recorded
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 55925 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 345 of 2024.
