2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.49 of 2024 under Sections 147, 149, 188, 341, 342, 332, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 13 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that upon secret informant, police has surrounded the accused persons due to which 3-4 persons started fleeing and when police had caught one accused then 14-15 persons came and surrounded the vehicle of the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.
5. Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioners is clean. He further submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 05.08.2025 and 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48710 of 2025 and 51618 of 2024.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and the attempt has been made for obstruction, but only thing which is in favour of the petitioners is that their antecedent is clean.
7. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection
