Petitioners seek bail in Sherghati Excise Case No.379 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 100 litres liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are said to be in custody since12.10.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75493 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Excise Judge, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati Excise Case No.379 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
