The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.60 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in written report that 558 bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner. Seizure list was prepared. The seizure list does not bear signature either of this petitioner or any of his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. He is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73339 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.
