Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.07.2014. The victim has already been recovered. The victim disclosed her age as 14 years and the learned Magistrate assessed her age as 15 years but the medical board found her between 18 to 19 years. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
