The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 12972 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Chhaurahi, District-Begusarai, had initiated encroachment proceedings vide Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2023-24 and after giving notice to the encroachers, the final
Patna High Court MJC No.2230 of 2023(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, has been passed on 24.06.2024, whereupon the encroachment in question has stood removed on 22.10.2024, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 05.05.2023, passed in CWJC No. 12972 of 2022 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
