2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including three unknown accused persons killed informant's mother by pressing her neck and assaulting with stones on the face.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of his confessional statement of co-accused as well as in petitioner's confessional statement, contained in paragraph 48 of the case diary, in which he has stated that on his advice, co-

None of the witnesses have alleged any overt act against this petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.3.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Chakai Police Station Case No. 321 of 2023.
