There happens to be specific allegation against petitioner Chandravati Devi to the effect that she had sprinkled K. oil and then lit fire over informant Kiran Devi. Consequent thereupon, her prayer for bail is rejected.

However, petitioner Bhagwan Das is concerned, he had simply joined his wife Chandravati Devi and on account thereof is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S.
