2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120(B), 420, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in what constitutes in essence a dispute of civil nature and for which Title Suit No. 43 of 2013 is pending.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioners arrest or
