JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 13-07-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4625 of 2015 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide Cr. Misc. No. 4625 of 2015 five petitioners namely, Sheikh Bablu, Jinntun Nesha, Shabjahan Khatoon @ Sawahan Khatoon, Sheikh Parwej and Sheikh Sadare Alam were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013, out of them four petitioners were executed bail bond but petitioner no. 4 Sheikh Parwej could not appear due to the illness, but the present modification application has been preferred on behalf of all the five petitioners. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27386 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 petitioners seeks permission to delete the name of four petitioners except petitioner no. 4 Sheikh Parwej.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, counsel for the petitioners is permitted to delete the name of four petitioners except petitioner no. 4 Sheikh Parwej and the period of surrender for petitioner no. 4 Sheikh Parwej is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

The order dated 04.02.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
