JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sikroul P.S.Case No. 103 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant, causing injuries to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the programme scuffle took place between the parties and there is case and counter case and petitioner is in custody for two months.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating two of the injuries were found to be dangerous to life.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73458 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, once charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
