====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner took the victim-deceased at about 3:00 P.M. from his house and at about 5:00 P.M. information was received by the informant, the father of the victim-deceased, that his son is lying in a tempo in injured condition. It is also alleged that Bablu Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have threatened about ten days prior to the occurrence in a quarrel that they will meet with graver consequence. It is further alleged that Babloo Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have assaulted and left the victimdeceased in unconscious condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bablu Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50000 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 22954 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail custody since 03.01.2014 and the only role attributed against the petitioner is that he took the victimdeceased at about 3:00 P.M. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S.
