This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner took the victim-deceased at about 3:00 P.M. from his house and at about 5:00 P.M. information was received by the informant, the father of the victim-deceased, that his son is lying in a tempo in injured condition. It is also alleged that Bablu Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have threatened about ten days prior to the occurrence in a quarrel that they will meet with graver consequence. It is further alleged that Babloo Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have assaulted and left the victimdeceased in unconscious condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bablu Singh @ Bablu Kumar Singh and Manish Singh have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50000 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 22954 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail custody since 03.01.2014 and the only role attributed against the petitioner is that he took the victimdeceased at about 3:00 P.M. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 172 of 2014 arising out of Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 03 of 2014. Kundan/- (Gopal Prasad, J.) U
