Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
A Pick-Up Van carrying huge quantity of liquor was parked near the house of co-accused-Ranjeet Kumar Yadav. Ranjeet Kumar Yadav disclosed that petitioner is business partner.
Submission is that Ranjeet Kumar Yadav has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.46753 of 2019.
Petitioner has got two identical criminal cases.

No.50558 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case No.116 of 2019 corresponding to Special (Excise) Case No.220 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
