25-08-2015 After some argument, Sri Tej Bahadur Singh, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 13, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the authority concerned under the provisions of Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1982 within a period of
