The petitioner seeks regular bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 130/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that cousin brother of the informant was playing outside the house alone and he got disappeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. has been registered against unknown. During course of investigation, the police has arrested this petitioner on the basis of statement of spy and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is a lady. She is in custody since 05.09.2018.

Case No. 130/2018.
