====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing a shot upon the informant which did not hit him but he received fire arm injury caused by co-accused Avinash.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The main allegation is against one Avinash. No injury has been attributed against the petitioner. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc. no. 26250 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. no. 26365 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on
