JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner and other six accused persons is of firing on the informant causing injury to him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and though it is alleged that seven person fired on him, however, only one injury was found on the person of the informant and that too simple in nature. Further he has been in judicial custody since 21.10.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.73383 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
