JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P. S. case no. 246/2018 registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner happens to be grand father of the deceased and first information report reflects that it was husband of the deceased who had demanded motorcycle in dowry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of
