Learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual Court proceedings with the aid of audio visual technology.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The limited issue which remains is non-payment of the petitioner's dues on account of General Provident Fund (for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15297 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/3 brevity, GPF).

Specific stand has been taken in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit that the petitioner's name has not been uploaded in the Centralized Funds Management System (for brevity, CFMS) and, therefore, the remaining part of GPF, payment is under process.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has specific instructions that the petitioner's name is already uploaded in the CFMS and it is under the said CFMS that he is receiving other retirement benefits. However, without making the said dispute an issue, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be drawing the attention of the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No 3), to the petitioner's identification on the CFMS or he would submit the 74 point information to the office of Respondent No 3 to enable the petitioner's name being uploaded on the CFMS to facilitate the due payment under the head GPF within six weeks from today.

In the event, same is done, Respondent No 3 as well as Respondent No 6 shall be under an obligation to ensure payment of due and admissible amount under the Head GPF to the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
