The petitioners being the father, brothers, brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basis accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26983 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 husband of the informant and the relationship got strand since the husband of the informant found that the informant has some illicit relationship with one Vikash Kumar.

Mr. Rashid Ijhar, learned counsel for the informant submits that the issue has been reconciled between the parties before the learned court below, hence he is not opposing the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
