Mr. Lallan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not getting
Patna High Court CWJC No.4488 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 salary due to the rub between the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur and the employment unit. He submits that the petitioners have approached the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur and the matter is pending before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur, but the petitioners are not getting salary because of the pendency of the case before the Appellate Authority.
Considering the totality of the facts situation, particularly, the fact that the petitioners are working for the last 11⁄2 years, but they have not been paid salary, the Appellate Authority is expected to dispose of the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the claim of the petitioners for salary would be abide by the final outcome of the pending appeal before the Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
