The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Three persons were intercepted while travelling on motorcycle. Two persons managed to escape. The petitioner was caught on the spot with a stolen motorcycle, who admitted that he purchased the said motorcycle from two escaped accused persons.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2022 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014.
