2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 188, 302, 307, 504, 282, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners pelted stones on the police party due to which 10-15 police officials became injured and one of the Home Guard died during course of treatment.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
