The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an altercation appears to be the outcome of petty dispute as the petitioner was standing outside the door of the informant's house. It is contended that injuries are simple and superficial in nature caused by hard and blunt substance whereas 'khanti' is sharp cutting weapon.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of

Case No. 145 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Himanshu Pandey, J.M. 1st Class, Bhabua subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
