The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

50 liters of country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the field of Sunil Yadav.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52924 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 315 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
