ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Benipatti P. S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 387, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that informant tried to grab the property of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, as is evident from the reading of the F.I.R. itself.
