Earlier, the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 09.01.2023 and the matter was referred to the Mediation Center, Patna High Court for settlement of disputes between both the parties and a report regarding outcome of the mediation was also been called for.

In compliance of above order, a report dated 28.04.2023 regarding outcome of mediation has been received. From perusal of the said report, it appears that the mediation has failed between both the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with dignity and honour.

It is submitted on behalf of the informant that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53677 of 2022(6) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 petitioner has performed second marriage with another lady. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.01.2023 is hereby confirmed.

The application stands allowed.
