1. The petitioners are claiming in the present writ application to allow them to continue as In-charge Headmaster in their respective schools without any hindrance.

2. The petitioners for the same relief had approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18052 of 2016 and analogous cases, which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2024. After dismissal of the aforesaid writ application, the petitioners have again moved before this Court by filing the present writ application on 19.08.2024.

3. The petitioners can not be permitted to file successive writ petitions for the same relief.

4. The present writ application is barred by the principle of constructive res judicata. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U
