On limited prayer having been made at the time of hearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a liberty granted to the petitioner to prefer statutory appeal against the order dated 30.1.2016 passed by the licensing authority. Aforesaid order has been passed during the pendency of the writ application and the petitioner claims that he did not have any knowledge of the order as a copy of the order was never received by him. It came to his knowledge only through the counter affidavit which has been filed on 16th February, 2016 and a copy of which was
