The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 112 of 2009 registered under Sections 324, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. However, subsequently the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 112 of 2009.
