The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is allegation that accused Sumant Kumar and Santu Kumar (petitioner) used to torture and misbehave with the daughter of informant, on account of which, she became unconscious. It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of this petitioner, he gave threat. It is further alleged that informant learnt that his daughter has been done to death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is

It is submitted that from the postmortem report it is clear that daughter of the informant has committed suicide. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 pending before the court of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trail within six months. Petitioner is at liberty to new his prayer for bail after six months if trial is not concluded within the said period. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
